Functional Fitness involves assessing your normal day to day functions and abilities and improving on your limitations.
Functional fitness works well right after Physical Therapy or anytime needed to improve on your
Strength
Core
Balance
Flexibility.
A postural analysis is done to help assist in assessing the possible causes and
focus on your strengths and weaknesses.
Daily fitness homework and weekly checkin's of completions and or assess
limitations to adjust homework or 1:1 training time.
As your posture and functions improve pain free, you gradually move into more advanced fitness safely.
Virtual Coaching may be used with functional fitness.
