Integrative Health & Wellness Coaching:
A holistic customizable coaching program to support full recovery, balance, and long-term wellness goals.
Each program may include:
- Post-rehab Fitness training transition from ending Physical Therapy
- Balance, Strength and core training for stability and resilience.
- Posture, balance, and body composition assessments
- Stress Coping/Relief and grounding
- Cardiovascular fitness plan
- Nutrition assessment and anti-inflammatory nutrition guidance to reduce pain and
inflammation.
The Post-Rehab Training involves assessing your normal day to day functions and abilities and improving on your limitations. A postural analysis is done to help assist in assessing the possible causes and focus on your strengths and weaknesses. The goal will to improve strength, core, balance, & flexibility. As your posture and functions improve pain free, you gradually move into more advanced fitness safely. A few assessment tools may be used for flexibility, strength, balance, nutrition, stress, and body composition. An exercise plan for cardiovascular, strength and balance at home and/or in office to address realistic goals.
